De Montescal - Apartamento con jacuzzi y aire acondicionado

Todo bien Positive: Muy céntrico, muchos restaurantes por la zona y tiene prácticamente el metro en la esquina todo me encantó la verdad.. Negative: Todo muy bien todo me gustó

Falling in Love with Paris, but Not the Apartment Positive: There is nothing much to mention what I liked about this accomodation. Probably the best thing about it is the location and the underground parking. Negative: There are quite a lot of things that could be done better. First of all the photos on booking give the impression of a high quality apartment, in reality the furniture is old and used and cheap. There are rules that make no sense and we had the feeling those wer created to keep the deposit amount. The value for money ratio is extremely negative, the apartment is expensive and far under the expectations. For this price good hotels are available with value added services. In front of the entrance of our apartment there was a washing machine and the staff made the laundry. The other guests were extremely loud during the night and seems like the walls are quite thin. The bathroom was a nightmare, the water temperature could not be regulated properly and we had only hot water.

Super Positive: Super Lage, Métro direkt um die Ecke, gute Anbindung, Auto konnte direkt beim Apartment geparkt (Garage), waren schon 2x da und kommen gerne wieder

Bon emplacement. Positive: Bon emplacement, belle espace de vie. Negative: Le bruit du marteau piqueur sur 2 nuits. Le bruit du métro qui passe sous l’immeuble. La baignoire SPA très haute à enjamber, nombreux résidus au fonctionnement. Nous avons pris des douches.

Positive: Está bem localizado com estação de metro próxima , vários supermercados e restaurantes à volta Negative: O quarto é um pouco pequeno , mas dá perfeitamente para passar uns dias.
