Great location, clean, would not return Positive: Fantastic location, very clean. Negative: Be aware the property management co accept last minute, late, group bookings which, for us, resulted in noisy, intimidating visitors in a neighbouring apartment. We experienced disturbance on 2 of our 3 nights. We requested a refund for one night (we thought reasonable) but this has only been paid in part (disappointing).

I just love the place Positive: My stay at Demontescal Résidence was truly pleasant. The staff were extremely professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable, especially considering its excellent location — right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great balance between comfort, service, and value. I would definitely recommend it and consider staying here again. Negative: Everything was perfect nothing to complain about!
