De Montescal - Accogliente monolocale in centro con aria condizionata

Muy caro para el tamaño del cuarto 0 Positive: Excelente ubicación, un barrio muy lindo y conectado a todo, muy cerca la línea del metro Negative: El tamaño de la habitación es muy reducido, apenas caben dos maletas y está demasiado encerrado, las fotos lo muestran muy diferente a como es. Muy caro para el tamaño

Nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit : pas d'eau chaude, exigu, sans confort et prix abusif Positive: L'emplacement prés de la gare Montparnasse et de l'avenue de Rennes, proche des transports Negative: Lieu exigu (mais nous étions prévenu) - Pas d'éclairage d'appoint, de lampe pour lire ou allumer pendant la nuit, pas de table de nuit ou poser des lunettes ou un téléphone, et SURTOUT : pas d'eau chaude !!! 2 jours de douches froides. Nous avons laissé couler l'eau un grand moment (prés de 15 minutes) dans que l'eau chaude n'arrive. Au prix de 150 € la nuitée, c'est totalement inacceptable

Positive: A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, 5 perc sétára van a metró, így a főbb látnivalók könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek. A szoba felszereltségével is elégedettek voltunk, kényelmes volt az ágy, a konyha felszereltsége is teljeskörű. A szoba mérete 2 fő számára, rövid időre tökéletes. Negative: A szobát csak 4 órától lehet elfoglalni, ami kényelmetlen lehet a városba korán érkezőknek. Habár felár ellenében korábban is be lehet jelentkezni, de így is elég drága. A falak nagyon vékonyak, a szomszédok minden lélegzetvételét hallani lehet, ráadásul az első éjszaka valahol bulit is tartottak, annak ellenére, hogy a házirend ezt tiltja. Emiatt sajnos nem tudtuk kellően kipihenni magunkat.

Very sweet bedsit. Ideal for busy all day sightseers & food lovers at night. Positive: The location was great for restaurants, metro and to the Luxembourg Gardens. It was very comfortable and served its purpose very well. Negative: My husband is a man of a strong build and found it a little difficult getting in and out of the shower. We would have preferred a little more space in the apartment itself but we were only using it to sleep and shower so it worked well for us. We were very paranoid about making any noise as it had said in a few emails that we could not make noise between certain times. On the contrary to that we were constantly hearing the metro and at night time neighbours from other apartment buildings even though our window was closed.

Positive: La ubicación es perfecta con muchos servicios alrededor y muchas conexiones para el transporte publico, muy tranquilo, silencioso y limpio. Negative: En general esta muy bien, pero estuve 4 días y no proporcionaron recambios de articulos de aseo personal o papel higienico o reemplazo de toallas.
